Led by founder and principal instructor Ella Wong, CORE Tara is driven by a deep passion for the functional and aesthetic benefits that movement brings to the human form.

With over 10 years of experience and expertise in Pilates, Ella’s teaching style is known for its warmth, supportiveness, attention to form and encouragement.

We believe that everybody is unique, and our tailored programs will help you achieve balance, strength, and flexibility both physically and mentally.
